All Sales are final on all products.

At Sheila Renee Designs, we take pride in our commitment to providing our customers with unique, high-quality jewelry and accessories that are as special as they are. Each piece is handcrafted with love and care, and we believe that our customers will treasure their purchases for years to come. That being said, we understand that sometimes things may not be exactly what you expected or there may be sizing issues.

We would like to inform our customers that all of our items are custom-made to order and are therefore final sale. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been customized or altered in any way. If there is an issue with the product due to an error on our part, we will work with you to rectify the situation and ensure your satisfaction.

We appreciate your understanding and hope you will love your purchase from Sheila Renee Designs. If you have any questions or concerns about our policies, please do not hesitate to contact us. We value your business and are committed to providing you with the best possible experience.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.Gift card/certificate purchases will be refunded by online store credit only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original condition when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The buyer is responsible for contacting info@sheilareneedesigns.com to initiate the return process. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. 

Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time we receive the items for your return to be exchanged or processed. We suggest ship with tracking to ensure delivery. Sheila Renee Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items being shipped back to the company. All return or exchange correspondences will be done by email. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The process must be initiated within seven (7) days of receipt to make an exchange or receive store credit. You will have an additional seven (7) days to ship the item back to us. After 14 days from the delivery date, no exchanges or store credit will be issued or accepted.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. All exchanges must be approved by Sheila Renee Designs before shipping back to us. We are not responsible for shipping or lost packages.
