• All participants must be at least 18 years old.

• Refund requests should be sent via email to info@sheilareneedesigns.com at least 7 days before the scheduled class. A refund will be given minus a $20 service fee.

• If Sheila Renee Designs cancels a class, participants will receive a full refund.

• Participants can request to reschedule or transfer their registration to another available class date up to 48 hours before the class. Transfers are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Sheila Renee Designs.
